I’m sure I’m forgetting some ‘cause I’m at work but off the top of my head I’ve always wanted to and never seen: Muse 3 Paul McCartney, but only if he plays Temporary Secretary. Kanye West Stevie Wonder I wish I could go back in time and see No Doubt after Tragic Kingdom. Fuck Hella Good. Anything Jack White really. I’ve seen Tool and it blew my fucking mind but I would still love to see A Perfect Circle. I really want to remedy this but don’t know if I can swing it at the end of the month. Daft Punk David Bowie Rilo Kiley. Saw Jenny Lewis of course at ‘squatch this year but I want the real deal.
Hey! I'm managing to cross off two on my list this year. Good work weenie, good work.
Wow I can't believe I actually have seen two on that list. Metallica and Blur.
I've had many Metallica opportunities. I got to 9 acts, but couldn't think of a tenth, so I chose to go with bands I might actually see instead of listing off dead people. Also the reason I didn't list David Bowie.
Very happy to see the Stone Roses on that list. Did you ever check out their self-titled album?
I'm sure I've listened to their first album a handful of times already. I had it on my device for several years. I just have Second Coming memorized, so I only listen to that one when I was in a Stone Roses mood. I still need to give the first one a bunch more listens. If they are at Coachella, that will happen.
I chose to see Atoms for Peace at Coachella a few years back because I had nothing better to do. Why did you chose to see anything you chose to see? Thousands of hours of research? You have too much time on your hands if so. While you research who you are going to see at the one semi-major festival you attend every year, I am attending major festivals and shows as well as minor festivals and shows. But you have listened to Radiohead's sophomore record seventy-three times salivating at the idea of seeing them live someday.
