I'm pretty much settled on Coachella and Sasquatch from here on out, but I might plan a trip to Chicago this summer and it would be around the time Pitchfork takes place, so that's a maybe.
I plan on moving within a 200 mile radius of most of you beautiful fucks and attending Sasquatch with all of you in 2013. That way I don't find your camp the first night but forget it every other day. GO TEAM.
Markus Schulz has become my favorite DJ/Producer. I just recently really started digging into his catalog. He has kind of a darker trance sound. He is one of few, and probably the biggest name DJ, that still holds cred among the old school trance fans.
Any good mixes of his you would recommend? I've only heard random songs of his here and there.
These are both fairly recent.
The Top 100 DJ’s awards set is more like a standard set you would here from him. [soundcloud]http://soundcloud.com/edmchunestv/markus-schulz-live-top-100-djs-awards-party-london-19-10-2012[/soundcloud]
In this podcast he took part of one of his epic open to close club sets. When he can play for several hours he really pulls out different material. [soundcloud]http://soundcloud.com/edmchunestv/markus-schulz-global-dj-boradcast-01-11-2012[/soundcloud]
Markus Schulz plays here a ton and I'm sure I've seen him at least two or three times, but I can't say I remember anything from his shows...I donno, just never really clicked with me.
