That's Harry Knowles from Ain't It Cool News, the most sentimental film critic in the world. His opinion is so easily bought it is ridiculous.
His lil' doppelganger there is Gwildor -- Billy Barty from the Dolph Lundgren film version of Masters of the Universe. That little shit is what we got instead of Orko. |

What exactly annoys you about him? I find him to be a very pleasant, all around awesome dude. But different strokes for different folks I guess... |

| I don't read blogs. I prefer going to the blogger's house and listening to them sound out words as they type. |

I was going to chalk it up to the fact that video reviews of indie music always sound ridiculous (which they do) but listening to the one you posted I was reminded that he just sounds like a horribly smarmy hipster. In the 2 minutes I made it through he made a bunch of stupid chillwave jokes and managed to throw in "the cake is a lie."
I really don't like him anyway but doing video reviews of anything slightly pretentious is a dangerous territory to venture into. It's tough to pull off and most of the time I think you end up looking like a dweeb. For awhile abc news was running pitchfork reviews every once in a while and those were unbearable as well |

| Smarmy is likely the last word I would use to describe him. Also I hate the word hipster, I just don't get it, it has definitely turned into one of those utterly misused blanket terms used to describe people, think 'Emo' of the early 2000's. He doesn't dress like a hipster ( does he?), or talk like a hipster, at least in my mind. The only thing I would consider hipster is the indie-ness of his music choices. I also don't understand not like a video review....haha I guess I will have to just agree to disagree, with pretty much everything you just posted. |

Also those sucked not because of the concept, but because they were done by Ryan Shreiber via webcam. Let me tell you, that guy can sound douche faster than anyone else I have seen. |

| Oh my god Ryan Schreiber is like a million times worse than Harry Knowles. |

after thinking about it more I think I most don't like it because it reminds me that it is impossible to look cool while telling your friends about whatever new band you're in love with.
I still think he's a big dweeb and those thick black rimmed glasses are about as hipster as it gets |

| meh, I like him , you dont; No big deal. I do however no exactly what you mean about gushing over a new band and looking like a loser in front of your friends for it. |
