That is what I thought as well but there is no camping pass option to purchase on Livenation. Maybe after presales they will get added? I highly doubt that shit is included in a 40 dollar ticket and there is no way in hell they are letting it happen for free.

EDIT: I should also say I am going to two non-Sasquatch events at the Gorge this summer, and camping the night before the show is included. I couldn't find that information stated specifically on the website, but it was stated on the camping pass I received in the mail.
