6. Spiritualized- songs in a and e
7. Fleet foxes- s/t
8. Bloc party- intimacy

10. Mars volta-bedlam in goliath
Other great stuff this year (no order): cut copy-in ghost colors, helio sequence – keep your eyes ahead, Mt. eerie ft Julie doiron – lost wisdom, mt. eerie – dawn, portishead-third, raveonettes – lust lust lust, bon iver – for emma, forever ago, sun kil moon-april, tv on the radio – dear science, vampire weekend- s/t, wolf parade – at mount zoomer, blitzen trapper – furr

Opeth's Heritage. Fuck this is such a good album. It's a new sound but I love it.

I'm afraid to give it a proper listen, but I suppose I should do so eh?

Yes. It didn't really hit me until about the third listen, probably because I was doing like 2 other things when I listened to it before. After that, I fucking loved it.

If anything outranks Green Naugahyde before the end of the year I'll be truly surprised.

Guess I better take a look at that Opeth album. Seems as good a time as any.
