Man, that break down on "Jump into the Fire" is so fucking unbelievable! I remember the first time I heard this song zonked outta my skull and noticed that the bass guitar gets slowly chuned down until the top string must've been nothing but a floppy spaghetti noodle rumbling your brains then slowly gets chuned back up into key AND THEN THE GUITAR RIFF COMES BACK IN AND IT'S LIKE HOLY FUCK DID THEY REALLY JUST DO THAT? HOW EVIL IS HARRY NILSSON, WHAT THE MOTHER FUCK?????

Uhm...Sorry to say, but it didn't grab me the way that I thought it would. It's a little beyond my realm, however, after a few listens over the weekend, "No Love" has broken into my Top Ten songs of the year. |
