Maybe we need to think of U2's glory days the same way we think about The Matrix: it's a shame they never made any sequels.

Hahaha, yes, I like this.

By Zooropa apologist, I mean that that album was the very clear beginning of the end. It's a good record, but it's a terrible U2 record. It's silly.

Fair enough.

I'll have to listen to that Ben Fucks Five album later, especially if I'm seeing 'em next week. Did I mention that I actually broke down and got a $70 ticket to see them? A friend old friend of mine happened to be in town on that date and me and her listened to Ben Fucks Five a lot together in middle and high school, so it all just made way too much sense.

Anybody listening to it? It any good?

Other than that, I've mostly just been alternating:

Thee Oh Fucks - Fucktrifiers II
Fuckhoof - Fuckup Song

I wanna listen to this Swans [how do I turn that into a fuck without making it completely unrecognizable?] album soon, but I REALLY wanna set time aside to make my listening to it an experience and not just a passing listen.

EDIT: Edited for fucks.

Deadkill - 7" http://deadkill.bandcamp.com/
Monogamy Party - Pus City http://monogamyparty.bandcamp.com/album/pus-city

Going to be one hell of a fun time. If you have not listened to Gaytheist's new album you should at least give it one try. Make sure that it is being listened to LOUD though :)

OMG. The local radio station just played Dan Deacon as I was driving home. Never thought I'd hear that.
