edit: oh it totally is.
Anyone who ever loved R.E.M. needs to hear this album. |

I'll take your word for it! I've been wondering if this album would be worth a listen. "mine smells like honey" didn't really capture me but I like "UBerlin." |

I really liked Accelerate, which sounded amazingly like the Lifes Rich Pageant R.E.M., but two songs into the new one and I already like it better. I didn't think they could write music like this anymore. |

Agreed, after the first listen, it blew me away, every song is solid, and after a few more listens I think this will be another classic. |

I cannot wait to get the album next Tuesday. Doing my best to hold of listening to it beforehand but after reading these comments it's getting harder to hold off. R.E.M. is my second favorite band of all time and I personally think they are not capable of putting out a bad album.
I listened to Reveal and Up earlier today and forgot how good those two albums are. I think I am now going to end my night with a little New Adventures in Hi-Fi! |

| Neither is my name. Funny story... my Scottish family wouldn't call me by my first name for at least the first 3-4 years of my life. That's hardcore. |
