I think they mean more along the lines of the Coachella/Tupac thing. Holograms and whatnot.
I don't know about anyone else, but if you handed me a pair of 3D glasses at a Primus show, they probably wouldn't stay on my head very long.

I just saw Thee Oh Sees for the first time, and holy fucking shit. They played in a British clothing store (no shit) for free (no shit) with free cocktails (no fucking shit). I enjoyed 3 of said cocktails, and thhe bartender was so fucking cool that he gave me an extra cup with a shot of whiskey each time I ordered a drink. I got fucked up, suffice to say. Lumpy will appreciate that. They played an old song, dedicated to "that guy" (me). The song was 'Block of Ice'. John pulled out a Korg Monotron and plugged it in in liu of his guitar for an absolutely epic solo at the end. Now he tells me that The Intelligence is playing down the street tonight, so I'm off to see that.
