Just wondering if there are any other huge Boss fans out there going to Sasquatch. He is definitely my all time favorite musician and live show (though he hardly catagorizes the music I listen to). Anyone see him on his last tour? Or for the first time ever? if you want to learn and have your life changed ask some questions. Even if your not a fan lets hear it.

The Boss is the best!!! It's funny when I say this to people who don't REALLY know his stuff, they just don't get it. Before I was really introduced to Bruce and the ESB around 2000 my favorite bands were Radiohead, Sonic Youth, Built to Spill, Frank Black, Neil Young, Bowie, Velvet Underground ect... and they still are, but after getting fully into his stuff and seeing him live from The Rising tour, nobody touches him in my books.

Anyone wanting to get into his stuff should really start at the begining

Primarily with the DVD Live at the Hammersmith Odeon 1975 (absolutely incrdible, shows how fuckin cool he was (still is) in the 70s)

Then start with

-Greetings From Asbury Park
-The Wild the Innocent and The E Street Shuffle
-Born to Run
-Darkness on the Edge of Town

Kinda gives a great foundation to appreciate and love everything after
