Haha, that lineup is unreal. UNREAL.

I better start lowering my expectations, because I can't imagine it getting better than that.

My unrequited boner for Coachella has been significantly diminished after Sasquatch 2012. For my money, it's basically impossible for Coachella 2013 to have a better lineup than Coachella 2012 did, so I'm not gonna sweat it either.

Yeah, I have a Coachella 2013 ticket, and I'm planning on going, but I was also pretty sure this was going to be my last Sasquatch until this one blew all other Sasquatches out of the water. Now I can't imagine not returning. If I have to choose one, I'm going back to 'squatch.

For me, Coachella has become the festival to go to for the music, while Sasquatch has become the festival to go to for the friends and party.

I'm surprised you guys have such a boner for that lineup, I think last years blows that one away, with the obvious exception being that this one has Daft Punk.

There's just A LOT on that lineup that I want to dance to really bad. Plus, the Stone Roses to me were like Pulp to Stamper. They alone would be worth the trip.

Every fake Coachella poster has Daft Punk on it.

I feel like at this point if Daft Punk were to play Coachella, people would inevitably be disappointed by it. Back when they did the Pyramid show, the world had never seen anything like it. That show set the standard for electronic music performances, but looking back on it now the pyramid is pretty rudimentary compared to the toys most DJs have today. And EVERYONE has a fucking toy now. Another Daft Punk performance at Coachella would probably just be them with a new toy, just another one in a sea of flashy stage set-ups.

You can't be that groundbreaking twice in one lifetime (just ask Radiohead). I think Daft Punk will wisely stay away from Coachella for the rest of their career -- inasmuch as they HAVE a career, considering the only material they've released in the last, what, like seven years was that stupid TRON soundtrack.
