Maybe you had it confused with ATP festival? It's a cool city to visit. I went to Lollapalooza in 2007 and had a blast.

I went in...2006 I think? Long time ago, one of the first few years. My best friend from high school's older brother lived with a Pitchfork writer, so we got free VIP passes that year. Got to hang out backstage with Jens Lekman, Devendra Banhart, Dan Bejar, the dudes from Man Man (who were particularly cool), others. And I got free beer and food both days. Yeah and the lineup will just keep getting better. Superchunk is likely, I guess, and Pulp is heavily rumored. I expect good things. We'll have to grab a beer together.

The first time I fly over seas I'm hoping it will be to Ireland. I wouldn't mind planning a trip around that festival!

I've never been out of the country before, Pea! Ireland is certainly my number one place to visit as soon as I get the opportunity. How could it not be?! I'd fit right in with my pale skin and red hair

And considering the line up tomorrow, it is a definite possibility that we may try to make it happen this year!
