Radiohead - King of Limbs ALL DAY LONG.

First listen and I'm mesmerized. A lot of people will view this album as an underwhelming release but I find it to be quite wonderful so far. It's easily their softest album since Kid A but I wouldn't compare the two at all. It has alot of the vibes of the more laid back tracks off In Rainbows. My only dissapointment so far is that I'm sitting in a work van while I feel like I should be slowly floating through space with this album.

Oh and 37 minutes IS pretty damn short but I'll take what I can get.

i enjoyed In Rainbows far more after the first listen than this album....

however, King of Limbs is still good. but not Radiohead's best work

In Rainbows was such a stellar album, I'm not sure if anything will top that again for me. I am quite certain that I already enjoy The King of Limbs more than Hail and Amnesiac though, and I really love those albums too.

Radiohead - The King of Limbs

(first time through, I think I like 'Little by Little' the most)

I ordered it on Tuesday, paid for it and still have yet to recieve my download code!!! Not very happy.

Until that arrives I am listening to the PEARL JAM LIVE AT THE PHILLY SPECTRUM BOX SET.

You are going to waiting along time for the download code, you just have to follow the link on the confirmation email, then put your email and password and it is there for you to download.

Yea... The second listen is sounding even stronger. This is going to grow into a monster of an album for me. I'm SOFA KING happy right now haha. If I can find one flaw so far it has to be the way the album ends. The closing song is a good one, but it just sort of....stops, and then that's it. I think another softer ambient leaning track afterward would have complimented it really nicely.
