I didn't really get into their album as much I thought I would. But every live performance video I have watched has made me want to see them. Plus I really dig girls who can actually play their instruments.

'Factory Floor' is a newer project out of england.
Kind of have a Factory Records type of sound.

Also like to see 'A PlaceTo Bury Strangers'....

Well...
Factory Floor are playing in Europe at another festival in May so no go for them.
Poor me.
A Place To Bury Strangers would still be a nice fit though..

Also, if there are any Young Galaxy fans here, they have a new album dropping either next month or in March. I would LOVE to see them at Sasquatch. Here's a new track from the album...

Young Galaxy are the shizz and their new stuff sounds like a mix of af, LCD and the knife.

I'm hoping for a couple of these bands: the greenhorns
the black keys
smith westerns
gauntlet hair
puro instinct
white denim
starfucker
deerhunter
yeasayer
the stooges
the strokes
or the holy grail in the white stripes

Amen to The black keys, the strokes and deerhunter. I don't understand why everybody gets a hard on for the white stripes though.

I don't think everyone gets hard on The White Stripes. I personally have a soft spot for any Jack White Incarnation.

And I'd love for the Black Keys to be there. I've pretty much put all my hopes in them being there.

To see jack white play the guitar is something to behold. They were my first music crush and their first three albums are pure awesomeness.

just about everything Jack White touches turns to gold, except Dead Weather. I still don't get that one.

Did you see the dead weather live? That's what it took to change my mind!

Also it would be unbelievably awesome if they could snag the Thinking Fellers! What an awesome get by ATP and Animal Collective.

fair point, i have yet to see the Dead Weather live. I've seen the white stripes three times and the raconteurs once... and all shows were fantastic, but have not seen the dead weather live. perhaps that could sway me, but it'd have to be an insane show --- i just haven't been able to get interested in their songs as of yet.

I thought they were decent till I saw them live and their chemistry was pretty unworldly. To see Allison rule the mic and Jack lose his shit on the drums made the album understandable.
