At least the over-the-top hipsters are somewhat entertaining and fun to watch. The pop-punk tweenies are just annoying. No thank you to the Blink 182 idea.
That said, I have seen Blink twice so what does my opinion fucking matter lol

me too haha. Saw them at Edgefest 2001 with Sum 41, Jimmy Eat World, New Found Glory, Good Charlotte, Kitty, and Shocore. They had a flaming sign that said FUCK behind them.

haha i saw them last summer with weezer. no excuse except for the fact that i've wanted to see weezer since i was 12 so there ya go.

What a coincidence. I did the exact same thing for the exact same reason. It wasn't that Virgin Mobile Fest was it? Well, actually, I didn't watch Blink 182 though, Franz Ferdinand was at the other stage, so I went to see that until I had to leave early so I could get some sleep in before I had to leave at 3AM for an 8 hour drive from Washington, DC to Charleston, SC
