Hey guys, thanks for asking but I assure you the Snacks questionnaire is completely legitimate. Here's a video he just tumbled where he mentions most of these bands as "wishlisters" in an interview with Seattle Sound - there's some host babble at the start so I just cut to the chase: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BYbmckk9mU#t=00m46s
Just because of the new weather proof stage, the ten year anniversary, and Adam Snacks telling Travis Hay a couple years ago that Radiohead is probably his most wanted draw, I think their chances go from 0.02% previous years to maybe 2% next year.

I can completely get behind this post
also arcade fire seems like the safest bet by far. I'm hearing soundgarden is asking 1 million for shows right now but if the reunion kind of fizzles maybe they will be there next year (don't count on it)

Am I the only one who thinks Arcade Fire is really just thirty-five clones of Conor Oberst who dress like Napoleon Dynamite? I just can't stand that Oh I'm So Emotional, Oh You're So Emotional, Oh We're So Emotional, LET'S ALL PUMP OUR FISTS bullshit.

you just described 87% of the bands that have ever played sasquatch.

I just described 87% of the bands that have ever played Sasquatch before 5:00pm. There's a reason I don't enter the venue until early evening, and that reason is that I hate watching 22 year olds in costumes jerk each other off on-stage.

Of Montreal get a mulligan because I've seen them do shows wearing normal people clothes. That was ten years ago, but my love for 'My Favorite Boxer' and 'Jennifer Louise' grants them immunity.

Rage is going into the studio this fall so I would think that they might be playing. Timewise it makes sense and they would rock the Gorge like Ween did.

Dude I totally support RATM. Saw them on the Battle of Los Angeles tour, and here I am ten years later still waiting to have my face rocked that hard again.

It's a travesty that Rage still hasn't played a northwest show. Sasquatch seems like a good enough fit for them. As excited as I would be about them playing, the crowd would be insufferable...

Just assume this year's crowd was an oasis of class and style. They're pulling out all the stops for 2011, I'm guessing, and the douche contingent is going to be rivaled only by the mighty thunder of the lineup.

Are you guys there for the bands or the crowd? Everyone says how bad it was 2 years ago, I didn't notice much of a difference between that year and this year other than everyone was on E this year. I'll be grabbing my tickets around Christmas again this year, if everyone had as great of time this year because of the great crowd then they will do the same.
Rage, Jamiriquai and Belle & Sebastian would be 3 great headliners.
