Got my free tickets this morning after standing in the rain in line. Super duper excited to see Surfer Blood and finally know the lineup!

So does this mean we might get a glimpse of some of the lineup before prices go up on the 16th? I'm assuming they'll release some bands before midnight (when the prices should increase), but maybe not.

I do believe you are correct. Ticketmaster says the cheap tickets are on sale until midnight tomorrow night, and we should all know the lineup prior to that. It seems to defeat the porpoise of increasing the price after the lineup is announced.

Well, come on, it's not like the entire Sasquatch contingent is going to be dutifully refreshing twitter every ten seconds and making the decision in the two hour grace period they have to know both the lineup and the tickets.
Midnight Pacific time, though, right?

"For more information on The Gorge and the Gorge Campground go to: Live Nation.
This 3 day event will go off sale February 15, 2010 at 11:59pm."
Are we sure this is midnight pacific time? All of the other times I've purchased tickets newly released it was at noon EST.

That woulda been cool if, since the show is free and all, they webcast the show. We'd get to see the bands as well as see the dramatics of that lineup announcement instead of the much less exciting ordeal of constantly keeping an eye on a twitter account.

Well, and I might be misinformed, but my understanding is that unless a show is 21 and over only, it can't go past 11 in Seattle (I've seen Pearl Jam at the Key and they were bringing up the lights on them as they finished, you could tell they wanted to play more). So there's a bit of lead time...

Whoa! Really?
Is this some sort of curfew thing for teenagers? I Dr. Garbanzoured Seattle was a laid-back enough city that there wouldn't be a law like this.
