My wish list, basically bands I haven't seen before (or want to again) OR bands I've been listening to lately...
Deerhunter Atlas Sound (Either one just as long as bradford cox is there i'm happy; and damn you Primavera Sound!!!) Beach House Why? Arcade Fire THe XX Phoenix Animal Collective (couldn't go last year unfortunately) Of Montreal (also missed and come to think of it, would have liked yyy's, oh well moving on) Spoon She & him Okkervil River (missed them sasquatch 08 for the National) Modest Mouse (caught their last song at 08 ho hum...) Bon Iver Beck (still haven't seen him live) The Flaming Lips Gorillaz (throwing it in cause of Coachella) Grizzly Bear Broken Social Scene Toyko Police Club (of all the times I could have seen these guys and haven't!) Sufjan Stevens (wish) Ths Shins (obviously wishful thinking) My Bloody Valentine (just threw it in there...) Blonde Redhead

Here's a wish: The National plays the main stage just before Pavement comes on, and they play So Far Around the Bend for the "praying for Pavement to get back together" line.

That's So Far Around the Bend, but yeah, that'd be pretty awesome.

God damn it, you're right. Listened to both this morning, spent the day thinking about how great Theory of the Crows is and how easily it could have fit on the first Modest Mouse LP.

totally reasonable although i'd rather see the strokes (and seeing as they are playing a festival in June it's very plausible)

The Strokes would be a great subheadliner. Strokes into Pavement would be sweet and all the hipsters would rejoice.
Not saying that I am a hipster, and not that theres anything wrong with that, although the skinny jeans must cut off some circulation to your boys down there. Just saying,

I'd love to see the Black Crowes play sasquatch. They'd be a perfect sub-headliner, and would sound great with that view.

I never got the Black Crowes deal. I guess they would do well but as long as someone good is playing elsewhere, go for em.
The issue with the Strokes is, who knows if they'll even make it to June? They still don't get along.
I would still love to see Depeche Mode, but they rarely tour two years in a row.

On the strokes thing I'll take the solo act too but the strokes into pavement would be fantastic but no skinny jeans for me more than likely it'll be good shorts weather like always (minus the hail)
Also Can we get the dead weather or them crooked vultures? not impressed with Coachella's headliners that much but Sasquatch should get some of their sub-headliners (who are all for the most part very good) like they did last year.

My wishlist: even weather. Last year was WAY too hot. That hail (2006) was nuts. Let's just have sun and some nice, shade-providing clouds.

David Byrne & Fatboy Slim have that concept album out in February. No talk yet of doing anything live with one another, but judging by the new single, it would be a very well received set at Sasquatch. I'd be down (as long as FRATboy slim leaves his solo music and fans behind)

The Besnard Lakes have the best album I've heard in several years, so I hope they are there. They can take Bon Iver's spot from last year!

O.K., so here’s my wish list. Most likely get some shit from other about this, but that’s the way it goes, to each his/her own when it comes to music. Although this list mostly contains well established acts, I really do believe that my favorite part of various music festivals is discovering all the awesome musical acts I’ve never herd about before (or at least very little), I love expanding my musical horizons, plus seeing already established acts, pioneers, underground, up n comers n what not. Too much fun! Can’t wait for this year! See Ya Soon! Oh, P.S. this is somewhat separated, but in no particular order.
Headliner/Sub-Headliner
Depeche Mode Arcade Fire Faith No More Soundgarden Leonard Cohen Neil Young Daft Punk The Pixies Steve Earle Heart The Beastie Boy’s Bjork
Other Awesome Acts
The Butthole Surfers Them Crooked Vultures Alice In Chains Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds The Pocket Dwellers Cat Power Black Rebel Motorcycle Club The Constantines Explosions In The Sky Saul Williams King Khan and the Shrines The Dandy Warhols Black Mountain Electric Six BLK JKS Mariachi El Bronx Face To Face Corb Lund The Cancer Bats Andrew W. K. Mother Mother
Dance Tent
LCD Soundsystem MSTRKRFT Data Rock Ghostland Observatory Skinny Puppy Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker Shout Out Out Out Out Chromeo MGMT PEACHES DJ? ACUCRACK DEADMAU5
Comedy Tent
Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine Spinal Tap The Lonely Island
Hope you enjoy!
