None of my friends have even heard of Sigur Ros, and most of them have been going to Sasquatch with me since 2009. Not that that's reflective of the whole Northwest, but I think they're not very well known in comparison to the other three headliners.

Sigur Ros will have the biggest crowd of people who have been listening to music for more than 3 years, and largest crowd size overall (albeit unfairly) due to whales.

KEXP is the indie radio station for Seattle. They're fucking rad, and they go to Iceland every year to cover the Iceland Airwaves festival. I used to work there and literally everyone there jizzes themselves over Sigur Ros. I've yet to meet a Seattle music nerd who isn't totally in love with Jonsi.

Indeed they do. Burrito and I have sent in many postcards to KEXP in attempts to win the Iceland Airwaves trip. No luck... yet.
