You guys realize that none of this is official and everything could change right? Just throwing that out there. No need to worry about a EITS/Girl Talk conflict yet.

If I don't worry about meaningless things like potential music festival conflicts then I might have to focus on actual problems in my life, and like, deal with them and stuff. That sounds terrible.

Worrying about festivals accounts for 98% of my reasons for not being finished with school.

I don't always worry about festival conflicts, but when I do, it's usually Sasquatch.

That seriously bums me out. And yes, Stamper. They're one of my favorite bands. I was going to use their new album for my album of the week tomorrow, but now I simply can't put myself through that :(

Edit: Thanks for checking though, Switchy!

Definitely check out their album "We Are the Tide." It was one of my favorite albums of 2011 and gets played on a weekly basis in Pea land.

I agree, start with We are the Tide. I have a feeling that if you start with their first album you might find them to be boring.

I'm not saying that the first album is boring but it is mainly acoustic and really slow. There is room in my musical collection for a few really slow and simple bands and they are one of them. There is something very sincere and heartwarming about their music that appeals to me. We are the Tide includes more instruments and songs with a bit more tempo.

We Are the Tide is instantly gratifying while 3 Rounds might take dozens of listens to fully sink in. I sat on that album for an entire year before I really appreciated it. Both albums are absolutely lovely, though. I really need to see them live soon.

The little I have heard from Blind Pilot didn't appeal to me, but I will definitely give "We Are The Tide" a listen. I was thinking about checking them out in Missoula soon here. I am trying to scratch off potential conflicts, so it won't be so hard to choose when the schedule drops.
