Eric Idle won the closing ceremonies. That was fantastic. I also really enjoyed Annie Lennox. She's always great. Awesome to see Fatboy Slim, although his thing was a little ridiculous.
I was more disappointed about the people that weren't there. No Stones, no Bowie, no Zeppelin, no Noel Gallagher. The only member of Pink Floyd they could get was the drummer?
Although I guess it's better than Brian May or The Who at this point. Those guys will play a bar mitzvah if the money's right.
