Holy. Shit. What a game tonight. Playing most of the game with only a 1-goal lead was hard to watch, especially with the intensity both teams were playing with. Burrows definitely had his chances tonight, and I'm glad he was able to cash in twice. Bring it, Preds!
For the few of you who may have been wondering, "where the hell has wolfy been?" I am signing in tonight to say that I am still here! I've been with out reliable internet access for the past two weeks so I haven't been around at all. Long story short, with very little notice I took a job working at a mine in northern Saskatchewan about two weeks ago and have been working 12-hour graveyard shifts and 7-day weeks ever since. I'm out in the middle of fucking nowhere, but the camp is pretty well equipped. We have satellite TV and spotty internet, but I've been working during the majority of the Canucks games and these amenities aren't at the work site. I won't be back in Vancouver until mid-May so I hope there are more Canucks games after that. I won't be keeping up with most of the threads while I'm gone, but I hope to pop in occasionally during my downtime.
I hope everyone here is doing well! Oh, and GO CANUCKS GO!

The Habs gave a good Dr. Garbanzoht, but Boston fought harder. Let's go Flyers! If they do well in the next round I'll likely have my playoff pool locked down.

I was lucky enough to have the night off and was able to watch the entire game, including the OT winner by Burrows and the ensuing celebration!
I was unable to watch the game last night, but I hear we dominated far beyond what the score reflected. Rinne is the only thing between us and the conference final.
