Has anyone ever had a bad sinus cold that resulted in an earache and then had ringing in your ear afterwards? I am going fucking insane. I can't sleep. When does it end? HELP!

EDIT: I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow, but I trust you guys more.

I bet the Dr. will give you steroid drops to put in your ears. I had a horrendous ear infection one time (both ears). Could barely walk due to loss of balance, had the worst cold symptoms I've ever experienced, excruciating pain in my ears, headaches, etc.

4 days later I was pretty much fine.

So I just had a pretty sweet coincidence occur.

A coworker was just going through all the laptop bags we have on hand for when people need to work from home, making sure they weren’t full of stuff that didn’t need to be in them and he found The Tragically Hip – Hipeponymous. The same exact 2CD/2DVD+ bookGreatest Hits collection that I’ve been missing for well over 2 years. I've been hounding my former roommates, begging them to look through all their stuff and make sure it wasn't hiding somewhere. I guess he asked around and nobody was missing it or claimed that it was theirs, so when I told him about how my copy has been MIA forever he gave it to me.

Now I’m just trying to remember if I ever brought it to the office or put it in a laptop bag for any reason. I'm pretty sure I never did, but it's just a little bit too coincidental that here in my hand is a virtually mint condition copy of something I've been missing for so long and that I only ever listened to once or twice before it was lost.

Needless to say, I'll be listening to a lot of Tragically Hip this weekend. Fiddler's Green up in this bitch.

That's really awesome Alex! I found a really expensive ring my mom gave me as a grad gift when I was cleaning my room the other day. I was sure it was lost forever. Yay for finding things!

I also wanted to get in on the anagram game.
