|  | Replacing a 'lost' ticket

My friends made it down to seattle from Vancouver. One of them just realized she forgot her tickets in van. Any idea if that can be replaced or is there a trip back to vancouver in her future? 
We did just try calling ticketmaster but didn't get an answer. We were going to head to the campgrounds tonight but don't want to head out until we've Dr. Garbanzoured this out.

Ended up deciding to send a car back for them. Oh well, at least it wasn't my fault so I don't have to be the one driving back
