Does anyone know of hiking trails near the venue? Anything within walking distance of the camp grounds?

There aren't any, really. Unless you count the walk to and from the venue.

I was looking at the overhead satellite the other day because I am doing only Sasquatch related things at work and it shows something called the "Gorge Amphitheater Trail" that's below the stage. Makes me curious!

Nothing even close to being within walking distance. You'd have to drive at least 20 minutes away from the campground to find anything. Vantage has a state park, and that's probably it unless you want to drive farther out.

There is a trail there, but you have to go through the Cave B Winery Resort to get to it or a travel way away. I have hiked behind there with my wife via Cave B. It is quite odd being there during quiet times of the year.

You can take that trail all the way to Crescent bar if you go right and Sunland if you go left. Only a store in Sunland, Crescent Bar has store, bar, pizza joint, ice cream store and a java hut...
Maybe 7 miles round trip?
