so what are the rules constituting what thread makes it to the Hall?
Agreement between 2/3 of mods? 70% agreement of the Hall of Fame committee?

We are definitely open to suggestions, and I don't think there are rules per se. If you think something belongs here, say so. If a good number of your peers agree with you (mods included), it will be moved.

not sure if ''Halloween, I guess'' is a Hall of Famer. At least, not yet.
If it is a Hall of Famer, it's more like in the style of, say, Jim Rice than someone like Tom Seaver.
(and yes, i realize only four other board members will actually get this reference.)

I think his speech about 'seeking love in all the wrong places' is one of my top Venture moments. The term 'hot stem of a crack pipe' is underused.

I never mentioned this one earlier just in case someone wanted to try it again this year, but this thread was somewhat classic. Maybe not HOF material, but funny. The best part was that someone posted the rumor on the Bonarroo board.
