Just stating the typical response over the last couple years, meaning, "really, I can rent a car? I mean, yeah, I knew I could rent a car, I meant I didn't want to pay the extra fee. Yeah, that's what I meant."

Got it. It's really not that much of an upgrade, relative to the insurance if you decide to go with that. You're aware of this, I'm sure, but I draw it out for the 20-year-olds who don't know any better.
