Alas, sometimes when you live on the best coast (that would be the west coast) you miss out on something awesome. I really do want to see that musical. But it is also true that Sasquatch wins at the moment. I would consider flying to NY to see it, but I am not sure how long it will be playing. I have to replenish funds and PTO after Sasquatch.

Sweet. This musical sounds simply amazing. I love NYC so I will likely be there again at least once in the next few years. I'm a big fan of Matt and Trey's work, and I love well done musicals. I also find Mormonism equally fascinating and ridiculous so this sounds like a winner.

Matt and Trey were on the Daily Show last night, and John Stewart emphasized how amazing the songs were. Between this and newjersey's comments I'm going to try my best and avoid listening to these songs until I see them in the musical itself. I don't know if I'll last 4-5 years, so I had better get my east coast trip planned soon. I can't wait!

So my sis just got an internship in NY, and she is also a theater geek. I told her I would disown her if she didn't take the opportunity to see it.
