The presale starts on Tuesday. When do you think the password will come out?

Livenation will do a Nokia Ticketrush presale on it I think, they have a new password each week, but the passwords are sent out on tuesdays, the current password for this week is venue which should work for the Sasquatch presale on the 24th, the end radio station should announce one as well by monday like they did last year

What are the advantages of buying through presale? I bought last year on opening weekend. I know if you buy then you save some money, do you save even more with presale, or just get the piece of mind that you have already purchased your tickets.

Also what is the difference between purchasing through Livenation and Ticketmaster? I am not really a fan of Ticketmaster. I deal with them all the time for other events. Does livenation also add in all the BS fees and such?
Does Livenation offer the 3 day camping pass that ticketmaster does?

The only difference I think is the fees, they normally dont "sell out" until a couple weeks before the event, I think livenation is cheaper than ticketmaster (in terms of fees) but I'm not sure its been awhile, I think they merged anyways so I dunno, just being able to buy your tickets earlier I guess..

Doesn't really matter imo for events like this if you buy your tickets 4 days earlier or not

livenation and ticketmaster did infact merge recently, so they're essentially the same company now. livenation's fees typically aren't much less anyway (if at all). last year i know a couple of the days sold out but that didn't happen until sometime in may. the big thing about buying early is that the 3-day pass price goes up $45 on monday march 2nd.

94.7 (Portland radio station) also has a presale password that is good until Friday at 10 pm.

It is "nation"

I bought my tix and camping pass this morning!! YaY!!!
