What are the chances of buying a ticket before getting in the camping grounds Thursday night. I got a friend coming with me from Calgary who doesn't have a ticket yet.

Historically this has been fairly easy but there have always been single day tickets in the past. This year you're not even going to be allowed into the campgrounds without a wristband so it's going to be difficult for them to find a ticket. If there is anyway you could find one on craigslist beforehand I'd suggest that. Tickets are shockingly cheap on there and they could probably meet up with someone before heading to the Gorge (or maybe meet them there?)

There are a TON on craigslist, if you're lucky someone will buy them out and wait at the entrance to sell them.. but it'll be expensive since they know you have to leave if you can't get them.
