The article states that the fest is selling 300% faster than last year. It took 6 weeks from lineup announcement for them to announce a sellout. Feb. 15 - Mar. 31

That would mean it would sell out in 2 weeks if it continues to sell at that rate. Feb. 6 - Feb. 20

Whoooa there! Sorry to go all MathNet on y'all, but 300% faster means 4x as fast, not 3x. 0% faster would mean the same rate, 100% faster would mean twice as fast, etc. So, if it took 6 weeks last year, at this rate it will take 1.5 weeks. Who knows if sales will continue like this, but the OP saying, "4-Day Passes will sell out before February 20th," is looking more and more accurate.

Who knows what AZ means by 300% faster. And sorry Wolfhat, but if 100% faster means twice as fast, that would make 200% faster 4 times as fast, which would make 300% faster six times as fast, meaning it will be sold out in one week, phew.

And also, the only reason the tickets took six weeks to sell out last year was because only Monday tickets were available for a couple weeks, and who wants to buy only a Monday ticket? Saturday tickets sold out mid March, and Sunday tickets sold out a couple days later.

I've maintained before the lineup was released that four day passes might sell out before single day tickets go on sale. We'll see.
