I'm no metal expert, but I do like the genre, and grew up listening to a lot of the more mainstream metal, early Metallica, Slayer, death metal b0nanas, the usual. I still listen to a handful of metal albums every year, and this one is easily my favorite.

Its unfortunate that the only time I saw them live (opening for Dethklok) they decided to play their current album (Crack The Skye) in its entirety followed by only one song from each of their past albums. I really wanted to hear that first track from Blood Mountain!
