Just heard that The Appleseed Cast are coming out with a new one in 2013. I hope that means a tour and stops in the PNW because they put a wicked show on.
I want to got to a festival curated by Badchoices and CHUD. I think it would actually be the most intense and serious sets of music ever curated on earth and I would come away from it with a PhD in existentialism and fresh laser tattoo removal scars on my arms.
Thanks dude! Chud you down?
By the way, new Mudhoney is coming out in 2013 as well. I never get tired of Mudhoney
You are my favorite of the new crop because you like Kraftwerk. How many dates would you go to if they brought their 8-albums-in-8-days residency thing to Seattle? Keep in mind we would be paying around $100 per show. I would do at least the first three.
At least 4. Autobahn, Radioactivity, Man Machine, and Computer World. All of those would be necessary if I wanted to continue my existence as a human. I would spend $100 for each of those shows in a heartbeat.
You would skip Trans-Europe Express? That's like, the quintessential Kraftwerk masterpiece, dude. Very necessary, especially if you want to continue your evolution into robot.

Fuck, you're right. Maybe I would drop Radioactivity for that if I had to pick only 4. Computer World and Man Machine are necessary for me, though - I grew up listening to those as a kid, they provided the soundtrack to many of my formative years.

Lords of the extended cut, Excepter, have just announced that they will be releasing 2 EPs, a LP, and a box set of their live 'streams' series this year. They have been in hibernation from their usual prolific nature and haven't released anything since losing a member to cancer in 2011, so needless to say I am hellafucking stroked to see them back in full swing.
