And Shax / Megatron, I haven't forgotten about you. I'm probably going to move between how and Coachella, but rest assured, it's reasonably likely there will be a pool at the new condo complex.

Yeah, all these pool parties I've been going to have left me quite exhausted. So exhausted that when I come home I barely have enough energy to go swimming in the pool here at home. And don't even get me started about how every time I go to the beach I end up getting sand in my car. How can I be expected to live in such a terrible place?

Monklish's first batch of guesses for 2013. This would probably end up being my favorite festival lineup ever if most of these make the cut.

A-Trak
Amanda Palmer and the Grand Theft Orchestra
Blur
Daft Punk
Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr.
Dash Berlin
deadmau5
Divine Fits
Father John Misty
Fiona Apple
Grimes
Grizzly Bear
Helado Negro
Japandroids
Knife Party
Lana Del Ray
Local Natives
Major Lazer
New Order
Nicolas Jaar
Nine Inch Nails
Of Monsters and Men
Paul Oakenfold
Phoenix
Purity Ring
The Glitch Mob
The Stone Roses

Are we already at the point where Nine Inch Nails reunion shows are being suggested? Didn't How to Destroy Angels just sign to a major label? Why would Trent bring them back already?

So Blur and Daft Punk and Nine Inch Nails as headliners, and New Order, Fiona Apple and Phoenix as subheadliners, and deadmau5, Paul Oakenfold, and ...Knife Party? as Sahara headliners. I have no perspective to try to fit in The Stone Roses there, but those two lines are pretty good. Not the best ever but pretty good.

Pretty great start!

Blur or The Stone Roses wouldn't be headliners, right? Probably similar to where Pulp would be?

I heard that he is working on new NIN material, but I can't see him coming out to tour again this soon. Maybe if they threw enough money at him to do a one-off *shrug*

Blur, New Order and the Stone Roses? Hmm... that would pretty much do it for me.

Also... did I miss something, I thought Trent said he was done with Nine Inch Nails?

He said he's done touring as NIN, but he didn't say he was done with the music.
