This probably should be emphasized. HG joins the Sasquatch Message Board January 2010. He becomes the most hated member in the history of the board by November. One year later, he is a moderator.

Know did you have a bit of a blow-up on the Coachella board this weekend?

I saw this. I particularly liked the guy who was all, "did anyone see what he just said? Are we going to just let him say this?"

I believe that was in response to "Radiohead --> Skrillex, drool"

Silversun Pickups have a 3 song preview or whatever out for their upcoming 2012 release. I don't know why but I've always had a soft spot for these guys and can't wait for a new album.

I love those guys. I didn't think too much of them at first but I love Swoon so much. It is so good so loud.

I think they won me over at 'squatch when they were so adorably overwhelmed. Plus they're amazing live.

Also, the lead singer looks so much like Daniel Faraday from Lost and I just get so proud of him for fronting an awesome band! ;)

I agree. I think Swoon is such a kickass rock album. The guitars are just fantastic on it.

There is nothing more enjoyable then watching a band in absolute awe of the crowd they are standing in front of. While I really have no desire to see them again, the singer of Mumford & Sons looked like he was going to either pass out of start crying during their set at Coachella, and kept mentioning how in shock he was by the magnitude of the crowd. I'll always have a soft spot for them because of how humbled he was that night. That's something really awesome to be a part of. The same thing sort of happened with Chromeo at Sasquatch this year. Moments like that are just the best!

Exactly! When you're part of the crowd that is the biggest they've ever seen and they're just so blown away and awed? I love that so much. So endearing.

All 3 of the tracks are a bit restrained. I need to give them a few more listens because I'm not really digging them off the bat.

They have become quite the overproduced band... sad for a two piece.
