All of the product pages I can see on Panasonic.com just say "available at your local retailer". I don't see any way to actually buy one on there.

Shure makes really good needles as does Ortofon. Buy a brand new needle and make sure it's balanced properly to make your vinyl last longer. I can help you with that if I happen to be in town. |

I should point out that the Debut III's are belt drives. Honestly though I feel like that accounts for part of the sexy.

There appear to be some for sale on kijiji right now, one guy selling a pair for $750, another selling a pair for $900 with cases. (both ex-DJs it would seem)

I think I found the pairs you are talking about.. What's up with that thing in the middle? I'm sure it has something to do with DJ'ing, but is it attached? And the one pair doesn't even look like it has arms.

Mine was around $200 used and it was made in 2005 I think. The Guitar Center still had some new ones in stock when I looked.

I've heard they're fine from a dj standpoint. It will definitely be more than enough for what you're looking for in a table. Now you just need to pick out a good amp and needle.

I'm taking a look at a used Tech 12 tomorrow. Owner claims it was bought new in 09, asking quite a reasonable price, so going with cash in hand hoping it's as claimed. If that pans out, it's time to go shopping for the rest of the kit.
