Oh, and Phish. But I might be taking care of that later this summer.
That one is for sure. If any of you crazy boarders want to join Gramma/Stormy and I for Phish at the Gorge, let us know. We will be there, and we'll have lots of time to drink and hang out during the day.
Mutha fukin Prince. If you don't like Prince, you either have no soul, or you are taking the term "hipster" way too serious. I was lucky enough to catch him live about seven years ago, and it was amazing.
I hope you know I wasn't being sarcastic there. I Had tickets to Coachella 2007 and sold them before they announced Prince, and then I cried.
I still think if he played he would headline. They seem to be moving more and more away from legacy acts so I don't see it happening but if he played (with the imposters) he would headline
On topic: Of bands that I will probably see in the next couple years Sigur Ros and Neil Young are really the two that jump to mind
Oh, it was you. Elvis would have a similar sized crowd as GBV, and that is truth with a capitol T.

If I'm not mistaken the only other Phish fan we got around here is Friendly D. What's up with that, anyway?

I like Phish. I'm not a super huge fan though. I would probably go to their show at the gorge if I wasn't so damn poor.

yeah the only song by Phish that I know I've heard is their cover of Gin & Juice. Other than that I'm completely in the dark about them.
and this Phish show at the Gorge...are you talking about the Dave Matthews Caravan? or are they doing another separate Phish Festival? I can't imagine HG at a DMB festival, so I assume it's the belt sander.
