Geno you've never seen Primus? What the fuck have you been doing?

It's not exactly easy seeing Primus when you are Geno's age. My first Primus show was last year, and I've lived in Portland for ten years. I'd seen Les solo four times, but Primus has only played in Portland twice since I've lived here (based on my memory).

Wellp, kooky ol' Flo + her machines are opening for them.

My only concern is that we'd still be moving to ATL...

Worth it?
I'm definitely considering...

I've had two arguments with someone on this board who thinks Elvis is headliner worthy at Sasquatch. He's two different dudes live, one part scumbag punk god, and two parts pop pop pop catchy song dude. I much prefer the former, so I didn't like his show.

I still think if he played he would headline. They seem to be moving more and more away from legacy acts so I don't see it happening but if he played (with the imposters) he would headline

On topic: Of bands that I will probably see in the next couple years Sigur Ros and Neil Young are really the two that jump to mind

Oh, it was you. Elvis would have a similar sized crowd as GBV, and that is truth with a capitol T.

I saw her performing at Glastonbury(?) on Palladia a few weeks ago and she looked incredibly strange. No doubt she'd put on a great show, but it would benefit her best interest to invest in less bizarre dance moves ;)

My list is pretty similar to this, although I've seen the Shins many times and Prince. I don't know Primal Scream very well, so where should I start?

That statement had nothing to do with their music. At all. I was a VERY sheltered 14 year old, and my first band I saw live was Godsmack. They had fire and swore every other word. It was awesome.

I was totally blown away by her voice live. It wasn't the most exciting show ever, but there were a couple times almost everyone in the crowd would just go "whoa". Girl can friggen sing.

Screamadelica is where it's at! However, i think i heard they have ZERO intentions of ever coming to the states to play it.

Oh man, don't get me wrong. i'd certainly never argue that. Girl's got pipes, for sure. I am just not impressed with the limited times I've seen her stage performance on television. she's just...odd?

And not in a say, !!! or The Drums kinda odd, but her dancing kinda makes me feel awkward kinda odd.
