Guess I'll be the only one to answer this:

Brooklynvegan
Lineout (strangers blog)
Reverb (seattle weekly blog)
end hits (portland mercury blog)
pitchfork
tinymixtapes
cokemachineglow
stereogum

that's mostly what I read

I read Consequence of Sound, because they are pretty good at getting all the news I care about off the other websites I don't care to visit.

I also read Brooklyn Vegan.

Than a few random scottish blogs, and some blogs by some locals here.

I guess I read consequence of sound pretty frequently too but the site is way too positive for me. I prefer my sites to have strong feelings both positive and negative and consequence of sound seems to love everything

COS is the best for news and reviews. But I do agree with you that they are always happy going. Rarely a negative review, unlike Pitchfork, where everything that isn't "cool" get 6.1 and under.

I honestly don't read reviews anywhere online. I'll glance at them in magazines, but I tend to review things myself. I mainly use blogs for the news, and introductions to new (most likely hype) bands.

Sorry I've been meaning to post this for a bit, just kept forgetting about it. I guess this is not exactly a blog ( altough he does have a blog as well, but I mainly watch his youtube) , I guess you would call it it a vlog or what ever. Anyways, I watch this almost everyday. His name is Anthony Fantano ( legit real name I think) , he is the self proclaimed " Internets busiest music nerd", his blog is called "The Needle Drop", which is the same name as his youtube channel. He reviews , music we all like/listen to, and is very interesting and knowledgeable, at least in my opinion . If you're so inclined, check him out. Posted below is his video from today, a review of the new Washed Out record, enjoy.

Here's the link to his blog if you're interested
