MY MIX ARRIVED AT MY DESK THIS MORNING!!! But I can't listen to it until I drive home later. Nice looking mix for sure and I have a feeling I know who made it, but I will post that along with my review and tracklisting later tonight or tomorrow morning.

I wouldn't be surprised if you are picturing me peeling a carrot with a staple gun.

Also did anyone notice the very clear theme?

Also Chaco: did the disk actually play/fit in your computer. It worked in my mac, but the loonie definitely made it thicker which made me worried, But you scored a free 2 GB Safeway usb stick because of that!

Hey Rust...I absolutely love this mix! The songs, the artwork and the amount of time that was put into it. I'm not sure how you would feel about this, but I was wondering (if you still had the artwork and whatnot) if you would be willing to send me a copy of it. I live one province over so the shipping shouldn't be too much but I would be willing to pay for it if you were kind enough to fire me off a copy. If not then that's cool. But it would be nice to have that in my collection. If you are willing to do this you can PM me and I will let you know my address.

I'm fbelt sandered, I really did put quite a bit of effort (not too much time) into it. I have no problem sending you a mix, only problem is that the photos I used I printed back in grade 11 photo class in highschool. The front and back cover were ( to the best of my memory) the only copies I ever printed ( I have extra's of the under CD photo, and the loonie was printed at Staples by my girlfriend). I have some other prints I could probably use, but if your looking for an identical copy, well lets just say that Chaco's copy was a limited pressing numbered 1/1.

Hmmm. How very interestingggg. Because I got a particularily thoughtful surprise in the mail yesterday in which I was able to pick up from my apartment's front office this morning.

Not onlyyy does the playlist look awesome (including an artist I've never before mentioned a love for on the boards--this person must've just read my style by including a Frou Frou song), but I got some exciting Canadian goodies to try. I am so happy to have recieved such a personalized, thought-out package.

Even the album art is fun! I can tell "someone" had a fun time putting this together.

I don't know if this was intentional, but I got into a discussion with some of yinz canuks about ketchup and dill pickle flavored potato chips. I've never tried either--and I thought it was so cute when I found a bag of each in my package. They're so special, I'm almost afraid to eat them. In addition to my potato-y treat, I also was given the gift of maple syrup--where was that when I made my buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes last weekend?!?! ;)

Stay chuned for my in-depth review of this darlingly thoughtful CD!

Thanks to whoever you are...which I'm pretty sure I know who you are...so thanx ;)
