Don't make me regret getting your back, creepster. You don't need to call people out when they're not being dicks. Time to be constructive!

Anyone who'll be out in the Midwest in early May should check out the Nelsonville Music Festival in Nelsonville, OH. This year the Flaming Lips, Neko Case and George Jones are headlining the fest, with over 30 more bands to be added in the coming months. Information on tickets, camping, etc. is available at http://www.nelsonvillefest.org — hope to see some of you Sasquatch fans out in Ohio!

I just bought my tickets to the Pitchfork Festival this summer. Initial lineup has Animal Collective, James Blake, Curren$y, Fleet Foxes, Dismemberment Plan (!), Ariel Pink, TVotR, Cut Copy, Odd Future, Destroyer, and some others. Anyone else going?

Pretty jealous about James Blake. Everyone else I like in that lineup I'm either seeing soon or have already seen.

Nice, drew!
I'm definitely considering Pitchfork this year. It all depends on my work schedule and what Lolla's line up is like.

That said, when is Lolla's line up going to be announced?!

First week of april...

i'm considering buying a pair of tickets for the Pitchfork festival just in case Lolla's lineup sucks... which is possible.

While the Pitchfork Fest is the biggest crowd of hipsters you'll ever see, the lineup has been pretty bomb several years running. Just that first list of names is worth the money, and there are 3x that many to come. James Blake is sweet but I'm SOOO excited I get to see Animal Collective this summer (after being denied by squatch)

The other thing about buying tickets to these fests is that they sell out, and so if you have the capital, you can really decide later if you're actually going, and just find a buyer (face value) for the tickets.

Animal Collective, TVotR, Cut Copy, Fleet Foxes and Destroyer are worth the price of admission ($110) alone.

Great lineup. Not a fan of James Blake but I would love to see TVOTR and Fleet Foxes again. Plus I still have yet to see Animal Collective, which would be awesome.

Been looking at COS and people on there were bitching about the cost of the Pitchfork festival going up over the years!!!! WTF? $110.00 is a steal for a full weekend of music.

$110?? Daayyumm. How many days long is it? If it wasn't in NY I would have no problem shelling that out.
