naw, he's Bryce the intern at 107.7 The End unless I'm mistaken. $=asshole, Feb 4, 2011, 3:18pm, XhornedXgrammaX wrote:And now, another post in Horned Gramma's ongoing series, "If I Were a Moderator..."
If I were a moderator, I'd set up a filter that changes all DOLLAR SIGNS ($) to ASTERISKS (*), because asterisks look like assholes, and so do you if you are typing dollar signs and speculating about which acts Sasquatch can and can't get based on finances. |

Which one is Bryce, the guy at the Cochella boards? I've met him a couple times and he's pretty cool.

the line up is weak, in terms of a major summer multiday festival, its probably the weakest i have ever seen, Ive been to festivals in ireland, england, netherlands, australia, germany, new zealand and canada, and all provided genuine value for money. In terms of 'must see acts', there are none. Surely a soundgarden, a pixies, or an arcade fire to headline would have given some credibility. one word... poor

I would rather see any of the Flaming Lips, Modest Mouse, and Wilco over Soundgarden and the Arcade Fire.

I overlooked this one simple fact during the lineup announcement: Modest Mouse is kind of a paltry headliner in a larger sense, but compared to Arcade Fire or Soundgarden I'd take them any day of the week.
I don't know why I was so pissed... Oh yeah I do, I had just spent all fucking day at a Super Bowl party (which I hate), and I was waaay too drunk (which I also hate).

Awesome dude, you're free to stay the fuck out of America and bitch about our festivals at Primavera or wherever you want to go. You're additionally free to peace out of this message board if you aren't going to attend the fest and only plan on shitting on the lineup.
