In short, it was an old mod who created the list. I believe it was due to a troll calling everyone not so nice words. I've never touched the list, but I'm open to suggestions. It hasn't come up since I've been mod, because people maintain a certain level of civility here. If everyone started calling each other a c*nt, I'd add that to the list.

And we're not starting a third rumors/confirmations list. Andimac is running this one, and updating the first post when new information is found. If the clutter bugs you, skip it and head to the first post.
