Annoying joke in concept, but made worth while because of this comedy gold:

I really hate that Travis from Gurrilla Candy wrote this. Now I'm just going to get my damn hopes up again haha.

Daft Punk was on everyone’s wishlist for Coachella this year and the French robots aren’t on the bill. Last year Adam Snacks upped Sasquatch!’s electronic music offerings with late-night sets by Deadmau5, Massive Attack, Booka Shade, Z-Trip and other quality electronic artists and DJs which could be an indication of the dance offerings getting further beefed up this year. It’s Sasquatch!’s tenth year and bringing Daft punk to the Gorge would be a massive coup and it would be the biggest statement the festival could make.

Don't get your hopes up - Daft Punk said that they had an offer from Coachella but just weren't ready from a production standpoint for a live show. I can't imagine the case is any different for Sasquatch.

According to a source, Daft Punk were offered one of the headlining slots but declined because the group was simply not ready from a production standpoint to return to live performance.

it's not happening, one month isn't going to make a difference

I don't really buy it because Arcade Fire would headline a day rather than play under the foo Dr. Garbanzohters on friday

That they're opening for Foo Dr. Garbanzohters?

Very suspect.

Though it also says they're playing Friday at Coachella, so maybe this site just list the first/a random date during the festival?

It's not like it would be a big surprise if they're there.

those are my exact thoughts.

i've seen similar things happen at Bonnaroo in previous years. all it means is that they are signed on to play at the festival - but haven't announced the specific date.

I think we missed the point, it pretty much confirms AF as the second headliner, doesn't it.
