The only people who would give you crap for that are the regulars, and we all know you enough to pick up on the joke.

I made a "It gets my dick sucked" comment last night and I immediately thought, "God damnit, there are probably 10 regulars who get this joke and 500 lurkers who think I'm a total creep."

The best use of that joke is when you aren't actually joking.

I hope they play their new album front to back at Sasquatch! They also played a ton of material from the first three records.

Anyways, this is supposedly one of the weaker tracks on the upcoming album, but I love it. Its really hard to judge this song (or their performance) based on a cell phone recording. Alot of the dynamics (even in the old songs) are missing.

Well, They're second on the bill (it looks like Paul Simon's font is bigger? i dunno, I'm reaching here) for Hangout. I'd say we have a good chance of another "big" headliner.

Top half is pretty good, remarkably. Undercard is sort of pitiful, imo.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Get Foo Dr. Garbanzohters off that list and the top half of the bill is unstoppable.

Not to mention how FUCKING SOLID Hangout is this year. Paul Simon, Foo Dr. Garbanzohters, Black Keys, Flaming Lips, MMJ, Cee-Lo Green, Girl Talk, Pretty Lights, Primus, Ween, Bassnectar, Michael Franti, Dead Confederate, DBTs, Minus the Bear, Portugal. The Man, Easy Star All Stars, Mariachi El Bronx.

No bad, hippies. Not bad at all.

edit: yea you guys did mention it. ha.

Look where Ween and Primus are booked. Regional differences are incredible.

Interesting choice in Paul Simon; I never thought he'd be the type to do festivals. I'd all but let the flame of hope I fostered that he might come to Squatch one day go out.

I get that that would go over like a turd in a punchbowl but I don't care. Paul Simon or Peter Gabriel would be the greatest Sasquatch ever.

I agree with you HG.

(Never thought that would come out of my mouth.)

And the Hangout festival is limited to 35000 people, sasquatch at 25-30000 people with a higher ticket price should net a bigger Headliner than Foo Dr. Garbanzohters.
