If you're smoking weed that someone is willing to sell you by the dub then I can promise you that you've already lost the Sasquatch 2011 Weed-Off.

I don't think that sunset rub down will be there since wolf parade is already confirmed. I don't think they would have Spencer Krug play a double set. =( Sad I know.

Agreed. It is sad, I'd rather see Sunset Rubdown as well. However, the Wolf Parade show should be memorable, it being their first last show.
Welcome to the board.

no problem topspin. sorry to cause such a ruckus.
and gramma, I don't buy by the dub - but rather by the eighth. I was just sticking to the same terminology to make my argument sound better.
...and I don't need to argue about quality, we'll just have to let the reefer do the talking once the games begin.

This thing is actually going to happen so you'd better not talk up your shit like that if you're smoking brick weed and you think it's the shit because you've never been outside of Idaho before.

You mean, like, not discuss it on a public forum?
Another disadvantage to living in Idaho: you still have to be paranoid about smoking weed.
I love being able to smoke weed on the street in the middle of the day. I love Portland.

I'd like to go on the record as saying FUCK N. IDAHO. On my way to Sasquatch last year I was driving along at a very comfortable 60mph as I approached Bonner's Ferry. 4:30am and there was a speedtrap. Now usually I wouldn't hold a grudge, considering I definitely was speeding. But the Sheriff decided to pull me over and after about 20 minutes of trying to locate any information on his little computer (I'm from Canada, not sure if they even found anything), he approached the car again, yelled at me to put my hands on the dash, and had his hand on his gun. Virtually shitting my pants, I asked him if there was an issue. He proceeded to ask me if I've ever been to Russia (no), and if I was aware of anybody else by the same name as me. I of course said no, and he informed me that APPARENTLY Someone with my name and birthdate was wanted for homicide in Moscow. Funny, considering Border Patrol didn't see anything like that, and that guy was very thorough. So he gave me the $150 ticket and I went on my merry way.
About 5 minutes later, I realized I had just been Super Trooper'd.
So fuck Bonner's Ferry, and fuck all of Idaho. Think I'll drive 5mph through there this year. See what happens.

I dunno, I've been blackout a lot of times...
As for the scenery, it's nice, but it pales in comparison to what's north of the border. If you ever have a chance, drive to Banff, or Crowsnest Pass. Unreal scenery. I think we stopped once South of the border at a lookout right around Good Grief that was sweet looking at 3am. Other than that, the highlight for that leg of the trip was the long-ass land-bridge dealy at Sandpoint.
One of the most boring drives of my life occured between Spokane and The Gorge. Good lord that's a yawner.

I have never been blackout drunk. My body shuts down and goes to sleep well before I can shoehorn that much alcohol into me, not that I'd ever try. I don't even like being even on my way to being wasted. Unpleasant; I don't understand the appeal.
And so fortunately I remain fairly certain that I've never killed anyone.

I wish.
Luckily I've learned to control my intake somewhat. I still get pretty wasted on occasion, but I haven't been blackout belligerent in a good while.

mmmm beer is amazing. but yeah your right there's really not a whole lot of appeal to it all... except for being a cheap intoxicant, that's available at all hours.
