Anybody notice that Hawk and a Hacksaw (led by Jeremy Barnes who played drums for NMH) is playing that same day as Jeff? Wonder if theyz will get together and do something.

last year was my first year, and absolutely loved it (with the exception of food/beer prices and the no in/out policy). i plan on going again this year, depending on line-up (coachella's just didn't do it for me this year). i would love to see skerik, in any form, at the gorge!!! he is from seattle, so he's known well locally. also, he has toured/performed with many musicians...roger waters, les claypool, galactic, and pearl jam to name a few. ive seen him in several groups, and know for a fact that he is a phenomenal saxophonist, no matter what group he is with.

hope he gets added!!!

oh, and side note...when i was leaving sasquatch last year, i ran into him and his daughter at the seattle airport. said whats up, and chatted for a couple, before we got onto the plane (we were on the same flight). here is a pic i was able to get.

Skerik is amazing. He's like a fucking demon escaped from hell when he plays the sax.

So apparently this is what Shpongle is touring with right now. Now I'm hoping for a Sasquatch add in addition to the Coachella appearance.

A Shpongle live show would be other-worldly, but I think this new Shpongletron DJ set would hold down fucking beautifully as a late night act.

I think the only thing we can say about any festival besides Primavera is, "this band has a live show in place and so may be willing to play Sasquatch." Other than that, I don't see any logical correlations.

Shpongle, Ghostland, and Empire of the Sun would dazzle my senses. That DJ temple's the new pyramid.

Ghostland and Shpongle would be spectacular. I'm game for some EotS too. And I must correct you...

Mau5cube was the new Pyramid. Shpongletron is the new Mau5cube ;)

Agreed. I was going to include that but thought Deadmau5' thing was rather pyramidy too.

I wanna see how far these bad boys can travel across the Gorge:

I would love to see Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti there. I know he's really weird but I think he'd fit in.
