If the band is enjoyable enough i'll take some repeat, and that applies to both Fleet Foxes and Bon Iver.

Also what is with this coachella video thing, it's making things a little bit more exciting.

If they brought back LCD for a repeat performance I would be a happy happy camper.

The LCD show was one of my favorite of the weekend, I'd take them again for sure.

LCD are the shizz and would melt if they played before arcade fire or had a late night set. Hell they could headline for that matter. I thought they could have last year and I still stand by it.

Plus it was a total buzz kill to have the Pavement train wreck follow such an awe inspiring performance.

Remember when you could vote on their setlist for Capitol Hill Block Party? I went on every computer in my former place of employment and voted for "Big Dipper" until it was on the setlist. VICTORY!

FUCKIN A! YOU GOT BIG DIPPER?! Shit. When I saw 'em in October they surprised me by playing my 2 favorite songs first: Distopian Dream Girl and Nowhere Nothin' Fuckup. That actually was unfortunate, since it was all downhill from there for me (unless they WERE to play big dipper, then that woulda been a badass surprise)

It's okay to think it was a train wreck if that's the way you feel. Personally I agree with you. Don't apologize just because the forum bullies are fanboys.

There's a dopey simplicity to 'Brushfire Fairytales' that I can still appreciate.

Everything since has been really, really fucking bad. I don't care if he's a good person, that doesn't impact my opinion of his music AT ALL.

Thats funny that we have completely opposite opinions of his albums. I really like the raw "simplicity" of Brushfire too, but the one thing that ruined the album for me is the drumming. One day I started tuning into the drums and realized that the drummer was playing the same damn beat in every song. Also the way he has his snare drum chuned and the volume of the snare drum is like having a drop of water drip on your forehead for a week straight. It is very high pitched and very loud compared to the volume of the rest of the instruments, vocals, and drums in general. It is painful if you really pay attention to it. So now every time I listen to the album I can't get the drum out of my head and it ruins the whole album. I really like his lyrics lately though. Like in "Monsoon". Some good lyrics.
