For those not quite sold on Reggie Watts, I recommend a specific episode on Comedy Death Ray Radio Podcast (on which he appears on multiple episodes) with Reggie, Harris Wittels (writer for Parks and Rec), and Eddie Pepitone.
Just search Comedy Death-Ray Radio on ichunes and download episode 84. Or if that ain't good enough for you, here's a direct link here: http://www.earwolf.com/episode/episode-8....-eddie-pepitone
Also, I highly recommend any episode that involves Paul F. Tompkins too (he even guest hosts some episodes when usual host Scott Aukerman is away). Good example involves episode 38 that he hosts along with Kaitlin Olson of "Always Sunny" fame. And episodes 76.1 and 76.2 are great which feature him as Andrew Lloyd Weber with Zach Galifianakis.
And that shit's free, so you really have no excuse.

I'm just waiting for Reggie Watts to drop out after having both Demetri and Aziz drop off in previous years.

I doubt it, I couldn't imagine any reason he would. He's nowhere near as big as either of them, so I don't see anything too much bigger than this coming up that he'd have to cancel (i.e. where Aziz had to cancel last time because he was hosting some awards, I think MTV music video awards or something)
Plus, he seems like a stand-up, dependable kinda guy.

As resident comedian connoisseur, I Dr. Garbanzoured it should be my responsibility to remind you of my endorsements of comedy acts:
#1 with a bullet: Scott Aukerman & Paul F. Tompkins show. Known for their hijinx together. I consider Tompkins my favorite west coast comedian. Will also include #2 and #3 on this list If you have to miss their individual sets. #2 also with a bullet: Reggie Watts. Master of free associative comedy and music. Can't be touched. #3 no bullets or anything, I just like her: Tig Notaro. Like 90% of this board, charmingly sarcastic.
All 4 people mention above can be heard on this episode of the comedy death ray/comedy bang bang podcast: http://www.earwolf.com/episode/episode-1....er-tig- notaro-

So excited for the Scott Aukerman/Paul F. Thompkins show. I've loved just randomly walking into the comedy shows for the last couple of years and I can't wait for someone who I actually like before the lineup came out.

Yes! Out of everything at the festival, that's probably what's killing me the most for missing it.

We've been watching the Trailer Park Boys a little bit. I think it's kinda sweet and fairly charming, but it doesn't really strike me as particularly "funny" and I can't even begin to imagine how it would work as a live act.

When TPB first came out, which was a long fucking time ago, that show was priceless. I used to watch every week. I have seen the live act, and found it very awkward; however I have also heard the opposite, some people say it is hilarious. I think if you're really into the characters, it will be funny, otherwise just skip it....and with the amount of Canadians attending I'm sure that tent will be packed full.

I'm going to skip TPB but I'm definitely down for Scott Aukerman/Paul F. Thompkins. For me comedy is hit and miss, and whether it's my problem or the comics', my enjoyment is often a function of prior alcohol consumption. The worst comics are usually the ones I've seen stone cold sober. I hope that's a reflection on their ability...

I think you shall be impressed J-Dawg.
And just for those that don't know, everything Reggie does is off the top of his head. Totally improvised. He's that good.
The live set I saw him do in New York was possibly the most insanely crazy thing I've ever seen. No videos on youtube can really compare to the live act.
