with the security at sasquatch, i wouldn't imagine anyone would be ballsy enough to try to bring any good quality recording devices. however, i could be wrong! (but yeah, no luck here)

some of the youtube videos have surprisingly good sound, but they're pretty hard to find amongst the shitloads of bad ones.

I uploaded about 20 videos that I shot in HD and recorded using a pretty good mic.
mostly Tegan and Sara, Public Enemy, Broken Social Scene, and the Heavy.

they actually let you in with a camcorder? I thought that kind of stuff was completely banned. if they're allowed I'll be bringing one of my own next year, those videos are awesome.

I posted some as well using a normal digital camera... I don't think anyone cared even when I was front row because my camera was being taped together.
I think the sound is pretty good though compared to many other videos
